SERVICES

Complex problems deserve
clear answers.

You do not need to know the exact service name before contacting Event Horizon. Many concerns require a conversation, inspection, or diagnostic process before the appropriate repair can be determined. Service availability and scope are confirmed case by case.

01

Advanced Diagnostics

For difficult, intermittent, or unresolved concerns—including drivability faults, warning messages, no-start conditions, parasitic battery drains, communication issues, and repairs that have not resolved the original complaint.

  • Fault-code and freeze-frame analysis
  • Live-data interpretation and plausibility checks
  • Factory test plans and service information
  • Mechanical, electrical, and control-system fault isolation
  • Verification of the repair and the original concern
02

European & Exotic Automotive

Specialized diagnostics and repair for European vehicles, with particular experience in BMW and other electronically complex platforms. Rolls-Royce vehicles are within the intended service scope, subject to model, repair requirements, parts availability, and equipment coverage.

  • BMW and MINI diagnostics and repair
  • Rolls-Royce diagnostics and repair
  • Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, and other European vehicles
  • Selected exotic and specialty platforms, reviewed case by case
  • Programming and coding where appropriate
  • Complex mechanical systems and post-repair verification
03

Electrical Diagnostics

Electrical symptoms often originate upstream or downstream from the component that appears to have failed. Diagnosis begins by defining the fault, reviewing system operation and wiring information, and testing the relevant circuit under the conditions in which the problem occurs.

Depending on the fault, testing may include loaded voltage-drop measurements, current-draw analysis, circuit continuity and resistance checks, signal evaluation, scan-data correlation, module communication analysis, and component-level testing. Resistance testing is performed with circuits safely de-energized when required; readings are interpreted in context rather than treated as proof on their own.

  • Power, ground, supply, and control-circuit faults
  • Intermittent opens, shorts, excessive resistance, and parasitic draw
  • Module communication and vehicle-network faults
  • Sensor, actuator, and input/output verification
  • Programming-related concerns and configuration checks where supported

The objective: isolate the failed circuit, component, connection, or control condition with evidence—and verify the result after repair.

Performance Mechanical

Mechanical service and supporting hardware work for performance-oriented and modified vehicles, with attention to fitment, system interaction, reliability, and correct installation. Work is evaluated based on the vehicle, the requested scope, and the available technical information.

  • Engine and drivetrain mechanical repair
  • Installation of compatible performance hardware
  • Cooling, lubrication, fuel-delivery, and supporting systems
  • Fabrication and custom mechanical solutions where appropriate
  • Suspension, chassis, and related mechanical work
  • Inspection and validation of completed work

Scope note: ECU/TCU tuning, calibration, custom maps, and dyno tuning are not offered.
